Administrative Assistant
Part time position, 12 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (with flexibility). This position reports 8 hours per week to our Sponsorship Services and 4 hours per week to Managed Health and Housing. The duties include transcribing corporate minutes, record preparation, maintaining files and arranging meetings. Strong computer skills required.
Bilingual Secretary
Full time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with occasional weekend and evening availability. Provide secretarial and support services to the Vice Presidents and Treasurer of the Congregation and complete tasks for the supervising team member. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral) is required. Must possess strong communication, organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office word, Excel and Power Point) and be detail oriented. High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years prior secretarial experience is preferred. Valid Wisconsin driver’s license a plus.

Food Service Aide
Part time position, 65+ hours every 2 weeks.) Four weekdays, (10: 00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.) with alternating weekends (10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m). Must be able to read, write and speak English. Should possess experience with food safety/sanitation, food production, dishwashing, and wait service. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs., push/pull up to 60 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Prep Cook
Full time position, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 4 weekdays with alternating weekends and holidays, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Should possess experience with food safety/sanitation, food production, dishwashing and wait service. Must be able to push/pull up to 60 lbs., lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods. Receptionist
Part time position, 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., 52.5 hours bi-weekly, every other weekend and rotate holidays. Duties include greeting/directing visitors, monitoring security cameras and operating two-way radios. Must be able to read/write/speak English.
