Lord Jesus, you said peace to all of you, when you introduced yourself to your apostles.  We want to ask you to motivate us each day with your gesture of peace. We are living difficult times where life has no moral or spiritual value, where fear controls where the aggressor is in charge.

Give us your peace to humanize the world.

Give us your peace to harmonize with nature.

Give us your peace so we can share your love in our communities.

Give us your peace, but we should not stay passive but rather live the freeing peace, like your resurrection that manifests life.

Peace of life, hope, courage, forgiveness.

May your peace, Lord, reach us so we can be your instruments in this multicultural world.
